Personal Training Pricing

We offer one-on-one personal training, during which you will receive a functional assessment that helps us identify areas of biomechanical imbalances and compensations that need improvement. Using the assessment along with your personal fitness goals, we create and coach you through a customized program that meets your body's needs. Our sessions are currently as follows:

Is there any better feeling than showing up for YOURSELF, putting in the hard work, and striving to be the best version of you possible? We don’t think so. Angie started personal training with coach Mariah a couple of years ago and has made huge strides with her health and fitness, and we couldn’t be more proud of her!

Making lifestyle changes is extremely challenging because habits and routines are hard to break, which is why we commend anyone who prioritizes their health and wellness and strives to continually improve. One of the best ways to achieve this is to join a community of like minded individuals (AKA Rise 🫶🏻) and or to have a coach in your corner helping to guide you through your journey!

Nobody can do the hard work for you. If you want to take control of your fitness start with one habit at a time and build off of that. We recommend starting with something that is easy for you, and continue to add as you go:

For example if you can commit to showing up to the gym 1 day per week start there. Once that becomes easy, add another day. When that becomes second nature maybe add a third day and start dedicating an hour on your Sunday to meal prep. One good habit will lead to another until you don’t even recognize who you are anymore. Everybody’s journey is different and the recipe for success will look different for everyone. Start small, but start NOW. You won’t regret investing in yourself. You are worth the effort, time, and energy❤️🖤
What separates our group classes from the rest? 

1)We PRIORITIZE strength training, hypertrophy, and athletic conditioning. We aren’t here to make you sweaty and tired giving the illusion of a good workout. We’re here to actually get you results, improve your technique, get you stronger, and to make you more resilient.

2)Our small group class atmosphere allows every person in class to get the attention they deserve from one of our amazing coaches. We’re here to check your form and provide feedback, encourage you to push yourself harder when appropriate, and to ensure you have a safe and effective workout.

3)Our coaches practice what they preach. We won’t have you doing workouts that we don’t believe in. We all train this way and we’re always evolving  to make sure our community gets the best coaching and fitness experience that we can offer!

Love seeing the results out members have gotten in our program! If you focus on the process, the outcomes happen seamlessly. Don’t put too much pressure outcomes because it will be much easier to derail your progress. This doesn’t mean giving up on goals, but rather not being overly attached to a specific outcome. Trust the process and do it with full effort and attention, but without the anxiety of what the results might be, or second guessing everything you’re doing.

Big shoutout to @luciano_antonino for always trusting his coaches and the process! He’s transitioned from being vegan (nutritionally) and doing calisthenics as his primary form of exercising to eating a high protein diet and strength training in our group classes and his results have been amazing! Remember it’s not about doing crazy workouts or pushing yourself to your limit every session. It’s about continually doing the right things with the appropriate intensity over time that yield positive results! Keep up the good work Luc 💪🏼📈
Another week, another transformation! Carolina has made some amazing progress with our program over the years (since 2017) and changed her health and overall quality of life exponentially! She is a perfect example of how hard work, consistency, and building SUSTAINABLE habits over the long run can yield some pretty amazing results 🥲🤩

This particular transformation makes us extremely proud not only because it’s an amazing transformation, but also because her kids got to see their mom take control of her health and set a great example as to why it’s important to take care of your body, and showing the dedication it takes to achieve your goals!

Little #transformationtuesday post for one of the hard workers we have in the gym! @luhr.quinn signed up for our group fitness classes about a year ago and has taken all the advice his coaches have given him from nutrition, rehab, and executing the class workouts with full intent and has got some SERIOUS results! When first joining the gym Quinn Weighed about 255lbs. After a year with us he’s dropped to 218 and has gotten under 10% body fat while still crushing some serious strength goals!  Remember, the program works if YOU put the work in. If you want to be our next transformation stop procrastinating and let’s get to work 📈💪🏼
